01General

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through monko.supply (the "Site"), operated by MONKO Archive, based in Belgium. By placing an order you agree to these terms in full.

MONKO sells rare, vintage and discontinued fragrances sourced from private collections. All items are described and condition-graded prior to listing. We make no claim of affiliation with any fragrance house, brand or manufacturer.

02Orders & Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. MONKO does not store or process card details directly. Payment is charged at the time of checkout.

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully captured. You will receive a receipt by email from Stripe. A separate dispatch notification follows once the order is packed and released.

All prices are listed in euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable Belgian VAT where required.

03Stock & Availability

All items are one-of-a-kind or strictly limited. Stock levels shown on the Site are live. Once an item is sold, it will not be restocked. MONKO reserves the right to cancel an order if a listed item is no longer available due to a concurrent purchase or inventory error, in which case a full refund is issued immediately.

04Shipping

Orders are shipped from Belgium via tracked courier. Estimated delivery times:

• Belgium: 1–3 business days
• EU: 3–7 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. MONKO currently ships to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg. For enquiries about other destinations, contact us at support@monko.supply.

Once an order has been dispatched, MONKO is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Tracking details are provided by email.

05Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of the products — rare, one-of-a-kind items — all sales are final. Returns are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or differs materially from its listed description.

If you receive a damaged or incorrectly described item, contact support@monko.supply within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will assess each case individually and issue a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Under Belgian and EU consumer law, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt for certain goods. This right does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.

06Authenticity

MONKO sources only genuine, unaltered original products. All bottles are inspected before listing. We do not sell counterfeits, refills or altered packaging. Condition grades (MK-A through MK-E) reflect the physical state of the item as documented at the time of listing.

Fragrance character may have evolved over time due to age and storage conditions. This is inherent to vintage products and is not grounds for return unless specifically misrepresented in the listing.

07Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including copy, design, photography and branding — is the property of MONKO Archive and may not be reproduced without written permission. Brand names, trademarks and product names referenced on this Site remain the property of their respective owners. Their use is descriptive only.

08Privacy

Personal data collected during checkout (name, email, shipping address) is used solely to process and deliver your order. We do not sell or share your data with third parties beyond what is necessary for payment processing (Stripe) and order fulfilment.

09Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Belgium. As a consumer within the EU, you retain all statutory rights afforded by applicable consumer protection legislation.
