A decant is a measured portion drawn from a bottle in the MONKO archive. The source bottle is inspected and its condition documented before splitting. Each decant is dispensed into a numbered atomiser — 2ml, 5ml or 10ml — sealed and labelled.
Decant orders start from three decants. You can mix different archive scents and sizes in one order. Full bottles can be ordered individually.
Every product page carries a plain-text condition description — fill level, packaging condition and whether the item is sealed or opened. It is not a quality judgment — it is a factual description of the item's state at the time of listing.
The condition description reflects what the bottle physically is at the time of inspection — fill level, seal status and packaging condition. If a batch code is known, it is listed on the product page. If it is not known, it is not listed. We do not list batch codes we cannot confirm.
Yes. MONKO sells only original, unaltered bottles sourced and inspected before listing. We do not sell refills, decants presented as full bottles, or items with tampered seals. Every bottle is inspected and photographed before listing.
MONKO ships to all EU countries via tracked courier. We do not ship outside the European Union at this time. All orders are packed by hand and dispatched within one to two business days. Tracking details are sent by email once the order is released.
All sales are final due to the one-of-a-kind nature of the items. Returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged or differs materially from its listing description. If this happens, contact support@monko.supply within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Each case is assessed individually.
No. Every piece in the archive is unique or strictly limited. Once a listing closes, it is archived permanently. There are no restocks, no reproductions and no 'available soon' listings. If a piece is gone, it is gone.
